Liz Bjork, Broker /Owner:
Liz began her real estate career in 2006 while pursuing her degree at Colorado State University. She found her calling while working as an office assistant to a top producing agent who owned a small local real estate office in Fort Collins. At the time, her duties included answering phones, creating marketing materials, setting up searches for clients and creating comparative market analysis for clients. After a short while, her duties also included holding open houses, organizing office files for file compliance, drafting contracts and logging client communications and assisting in client communication with all under contract listings and purchases. When Liz graduated from Colorado State University she moved down to Parker to be closer to her future husband Nick and also worked toward obtaining her real estate license to be an independent broker.
As the broker/owner of Valuepointe Realty, Liz has assisted many first time home buyers, a large handful of investors and many repeat clients either selling, buying or selling AND buying. Liz is smart, honest, has integrity and is a problem solver. Her vast experience has lead her to have a sound knowledge of the buying and selling process. Liz enjoys working with all different clients to fit their specific real estate needs, but her specialty is facilitating simultaneous buy/sell transactions for move up buyers. Liz loves working in real estate and has almost a decade of experience in the Denver Metro Area . When she’s not with clients showing homes or putting together reports Liz enjoys doing home improvement projects at home with her husband along with teaching, nurturing and loving her two young children. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors and the Denver Metro Association of Realtors and is a 7 year recipient of the 5280 Magazine Five Star Real Estate Agent Award which is awarded to less than 7% of Colorado Real Estate Agents Annually. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University. Liz, her husband Nick, and their two kids are very happy living in Parker and enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.
